Overview of the Ordering Process
You may place an order by sending an email to CustomerService@wincraftprep.com or by calling and speaking with a customer service representative at 800-533-8100.
Once you place your order, you will receive a response confirming receipt of your order. It will soon be followed by an email from the Customer Service Representative who will be taking care of your order. We will review your order, confirm artwork and outline the timeframe for which you can expect to see virtual proofs and estimated timeline for completion of your order.

What if I don’t have artwork?
Not to worry, we can help! Tell us what you have in mind, and our professional design team will create the art for you-FREE!
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
Where do I send my artwork?
You may attach the artwork to the same email as your order request or you may also send it to customerservice@wincraftprep.com , or e-mail directly to your Customer Service Representative.
Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?
Yes! There may be times, however, where an additional charge for this service is needed to get the specialized ink if an exact match is required. There are also a few products where, due to the limitations of the imprinting process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. Our Customer Service team will help you in these instances. If you don’t require an exact match, but would like us to be ‘as close as possible’ – just let us know-and we will note this on your order.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Production times are noted online, specific to each item featured. This is the number of school days it takes to produce imprint after you’ve approved your artwork. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. If you need an item faster than the production time shown or if you have any questions contact us – we would be happy to help!
Can I ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. It’s best to work with our Customer Service team, as each case is slightly different. Please contact us and we can help!
Can I ship on my own shipping account?
Yes! Just let your Customer Service Representative know and/or indicate as such when placing your order. There is a $3.00 handling fee applied to your order when using your own account.
Event Guarantee

WinCraft is committed to delivering your order on time. If your event is missed because we did not ship your order in time, the order is free! To engage our event guarantee, please follow these five simple guidelines:

1. Camera ready/approved artwork must be provided. Multi-color artwork or proofs may add additional days to the production schedule.

2. Purchase orders must indicate event guarantee, and include ship date, event date, and shipping method.

3. Production time must be in compliance with catalog published Standard Production Time, or be agreed to in writing by customer service.

4. Catalog quantities only.

5. Stock products (i.e. stock erasers, pencils) subject to on-hand inventory.
Payment
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and all major credit cards. You can also request an open account. If you choose this option, we will provide a credit application form for completion. Please allow extra time for the credit checking process. Your order will not go to production until your account has been opened. Our terms are net 30 days. We also offer open account for most government and educational institutions. International customers please call for available payment options.
When do you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?
We ‘authorize’ your card once your order is ready to go into production, but we do not collect the funds until your order ships.

Free Design Review - Receive the VIP treatment with us, allow us to email a colored art proof prior to production, allowing you to make sure the design meets all of your expectations.
General Ordering Information
What if I receive more or less than I ordered?
In the manufacturing process, it can be difficult to produce the exact quantity ordered. We do our best to achieve the exact number, we will ship your order within 5% over/under and be considered complete. Please contact our Customer Service team for any concerns related to the quantity ordered-we’re happy to help!
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we will need to review, and cancellation charges may be incurred, depending on the completion of your order. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-533-8100.
What are set up charges?
Some of the items we offer have ‘set-up’ charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. We keep the art on file for two years, so if ordering an exact reorder within two years, will reduce the set-up charge on the reorder.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see a FREE virtual proof of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!
Can I get a sample?
Yes! We’re happy to help, please contact Customer Service 800-533-8100 and we will be happy to help you with this request.
Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than those shown?
Most of the time, the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, although we encourage you to call if your requirements mean you need fewer items so we can offer assistance if possible. If you need to order more than the quantities shown please call 800-533-8100 as additional discounts are available.
My logo is licensed, do you have the license to print my logo?
We hold the license for major licensing organizations and are licensed to reproduce many logos. If you’re curious as to whether your school is on the list, please call us at 800-533-8100 or email customerservice@wincraftprep.com
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t as expected please contact our Customer Service team at 800-533-8100, we’re here to help!
